SB 260 (Weiner/Stern): Climate Corporate Accountability
SWCLC has written a letter in opposition to SB 260.
AB 1119 (Wicks): Employment Discrimination
SWCLC has written a letter in opposition to AB 1119.
SB 213 (Caballero/Kalra): Workers Compensation: Hospital Employees
Cal Chamber requested that the SWCLC oppose SB 213. SWCLC took the action of writing a letter in opposition to SB 213.
AB 1192 (Kalra/Stern): Employment Information: Worker Metrics
Cal Chamber requested that the SWCLC oppose 92. SWCLC took the action of writing a letter in opposition to AB 1192.
UI Fund Budget Item
Cal Chamber requested that the SWCLC support the Unemployment Insurance Budget Item. SWCLC took the action of signing a letter in support of the UI Fund Budget Item.
AB 1400 / ACA 11 (Kalra, Lee, Santiago): Guaranteed Health Care for All
Cal Chamber requested that the SWCLC oppose AB 1400 and ACA 11.
AB 257 (Gonzales): Food Facilities & Employment
Cal Chamber requested that the SWCLC oppose AB 257.
AB 1547 (Reyes): Air Pollution: Warehouse Facilities
This bill would prohibit local governments from allowing the siting of a warehouse development project where the distance between the boundary of the project site and sensitive land use is less than 3,000 yards.
Prop 65 Rulemaking
Cal Chamber requested that the SWCLC oppose Prop 65. SWCLC took the action of opposing Prop 65.
