The latest REALTOR® report by the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors has been published. 

Overall, the numbers are trending on the positive side in terms of median home price and inventory. The report anticipates a positive legislative outlook for the year after advocacy efforts to prevent Assembly Bill 854 were successful.
