The latest Southwest Riverside County REALTOR report details another solid month for the region's housing market.

The median home value in the region rose to $600,000, up 1% from March. Menifee's median price is up to $580,000.

The efforts of realtor associations across the state have succeeded in halting AB 1771 (Ward & Mullin) and AB 2710 (Kalra), which would have imposed regulations and taxes on future sales.
