The latest Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors report is now live.
The Median home price in the region remained steady from April at $600,000. Menifee's prices increased to $595,000 compared to April's $580,000.
SRCAR hosted a City Manager's breakfast in Hemet, San Jacinto, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Beaumont. As a result, those cities have approved 14,000 with some already being under construction. Lake Elsinore has planned for an additional 20,000 units.
